The founding team brings over a decade of hands-on experience in maritime agency operations and high-pressure port calls, working directly with shipowners, technical superintendents, charterers, and authorities. We understand what time in port costs — and what happens when plans break down at sea and multiple decisions must be made at once, from repairs and cargo implications to crew welfare and port entry.
For nearly ten years, the team managed a vessel of national strategic importance for Lithuania — an assignment that required reliability, discretion, and confident navigation of complex regulatory environments. That experience shaped how we operate today.
We provide one trusted person on the ground who owns the problem — ensuring port operations run smoothly when they must, and are resolved quickly when they don’t.
